Engagements

All client engagements are governed by a signed MSA and a project statement of work (SOW). The SOW specifies scope, milestones, deliverables, and pricing. Change orders are handled in writing.

Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, all custom work product is assigned to you. We retain rights to general tools, frameworks, and learnings that don't contain your confidential information.
